Abbreviations Used
First of all. We grade very strictly.
Almost all items are second-hand, so we don’t often give them M or M- condition. (M- items are in great condition)
We put as many photos as possible. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
We do not sell damaged(Jump, unplayable) records.
| M | Perfect condition with no visible defects whatsoever. The record and sleeve are brand new. |
| M- | Almost mint but with one or two very minor but visible surface marks on the sleeve or record surface. |
| VG+ | Lightly used record. |
| VG | Some more heavy marks on vinyl (See the remark section) |

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location.

The amount shown is the shipping cost, but the weight may change depending on the number of copies and the specifications of the record. We will inform you of the exact price after you place your order.

Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
If 3 days have passed since you received it, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email within 3 days of the date of delivery.
Please refrain from returning the order without contacting us.
Refund and Return
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the returned goods. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment (PayPal or bank transfer).
If the return is for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. the customer does not like the product), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Returns can only be made by secure shipping.
Do not swap products.
All goods are documented in photographs. If we receive items that are not the same as the ones we have sent,
We will not refund the payment.
Exchange
We only deal in Second-Hand Used Records. Therefore, we cannot exchange the same item.
