Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of receipt of the parcels.
If 7 days have passed since you received it, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sale prices and offer records cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please refrain from returning the order without contact.

Refund and Return

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the returned goods. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment (PayPal or bank transfer).
If the return is for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. the customer does not like the product), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Returns can only be made by UPS.

Do not swap products.
All goods are documented in photographs. If we receive the item that is not the same as the one we have sent,
we will not refund the payment.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only deal in Second-Hand Used Records. Therefore, we cannot exchange the same item.
